Match Preview: Longford Town FC v Dundalk

Dundalk come to Bishopsgate this evening in the final game of the first round of fixtures in the 2021 SSE Airtricity League Premier Division.

The Louth side are looking to continue their recent good form with two wins in their last two games and a good 3-0 win away to Waterford last week. David McMillan, Cameron Dummigan, Patrick Hoban, Sonni Nattestad and Brian Gartland are all on the injury list for Dundalk.

De Town come into the game off the back of a disappointing 3-0 loss away to St. Pat's in Richmond Park. The scoreline didn't reflect Longford's performance at all so Daire and the team will be looking to bounce back with a big win over our visitors this evening.

Aaron McNally, Callum Warfield remain on the injury list while Club Captain Dean Zambra is a doubt.
