LTFC and refereeing legend Tom Clarke

Tom Clarke played for De Town in the 1940's with ex-Ireland international Sean Fallon. His son sent an email to us saying that he kept a series of letters that Longford Town FC sent to his Dad when he was about to sign for us and he wanted us to keep them. Tom passed away a few years ago.

These newspaper articles are from the Irish Sun and from the local English press as he refereed games up to a late age and held the world record for being the oldest current referee.
