Aaron O'Driscoll Extends Loan Until End of the Season

Longford Town FC is delighted to announce that the club has agreed terms with Mansfield Town and Aaron O'Driscoll's loan deal has been extended until the end of the 2021 season.

Aaron, who joined up with the team in February, has become a main-stay in the heart of the Town defence and has started all 14 league games so far this season.

Speaking to LTFC's media team following last week's game against Shamrock Rovers at Bishopsgate, Aaron expressed his delight in extending the loan until the end of the season;

I'm back enjoying my football and that's what I came here to do, it's a good club with good people and I've enjoyed every minute to be fair. 

LTFC Manager Daire Doyle also couldn't hide his delight in securing the 6 ft 3 centre back for the remainder of the season;

I'm absolutely over the moon....I think everyone has seen that since he's come in, he's gotten better and better...he's a really good person, he's a really good footballer...he cares about this club and you can see that in his performances...he's exactly the type of person that we're delighted to have at this club.
